LatinoLawNet - Your Voice in the Law!

This website is a forum the exchange of information, the posing of questions, the posting of comments and the discussion of any and all matters concerning the law and its relation to the Latino Community worldwide.

LatinoLawNet aspires to provide breaking news, advice, information, commentary, frank discussion and just plain talk. Indeed, anything relevant and within the bounds of the law and decency that you wish to publish will be posted. AND IT IS COMPLETELY FREE! Profanity, commentary that has no intrinsic value to the discussion, or that is meant to offend will NOT be published. However, commentary valuable to the discussion will not be barred solely because it is controversial. Indeed, if the Latino community in and outside of the "law" is to be empowered by the discussion, controversy is necessary and expected.

Posting may be made in either language - in the future, it is our goal to publish in both English and Spanish. Now, Let's Talk!

My years of service as a police officer taught me that persons arrested often never envisioned themselves in the Criminal Justice System.  They have no previous experience with law enforcement officers and do not know how to best interact with the police.
